The service

AI RemoveBG provides AI-powered background removal. Previews (0.25 MP) are free; full-resolution downloads consume credits from your balance.

Credits

1 credit downloads 1 full-resolution result. Credits never expire and hold no cash value. Failed processes are never charged. Credits are personal and tied to your account; they may not be resold or transferred.

Acceptable use

Only upload images you have the rights to process. Do not use the service for unlawful content, harassment, or attempts to circumvent processing limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Subscriptions & cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime — access and already-granted credits remain yours. One-time packs are single purchases and never renew.

Refunds

If an order didn't deliver what you paid for, contact us within 14 days and we'll refund or fix it. statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Availability & liability

We aim for high availability but the service is provided 'as is' without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Our liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
