Pricing questions
What exactly is a credit?
One credit downloads one image at full resolution (up to 25 MP, transparent PNG), regardless of its size. Processing, previews and retries are always free.
Do credits really never expire?
Yes. Credits from subscriptions, one-time packs and signup bonuses all go into a single balance that never resets and never expires — even if you cancel a subscription.
What happens if a removal fails?
You are never charged for failures. Credits are only consumed when you download a full-resolution result — and re-downloading the same result within 24 hours is free.
Can I use the images commercially?
Yes. You own the images you process and the results you download. See the Terms of Service for details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards via Stripe. Prices are in USD; your bank handles currency conversion.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong with an order, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right. Unused credits never expire, so there's no rush to spend them.
